Are you eligible for an exemption on your residence in RM398? Residential Tax Exemptions in Rural Municipalities (Fact Sheet) To qualify, complete the Declaration of Land Owned or Leased for the 293 Exemption form and return it to RM398 office prior to March 31, 2026. Ratepayers are required to complete this form annually prior to March 31st, 2026. (This exemption does not apply to Town, Unorganized Hamlets, or Village residents.)
